Tarirai Circles are safe, guided spaces where women come together to share stories, heal, and strengthen mental wellbeing. Rooted in the Shona word “Tarirai,” a word meaning to look or to watch over, reflects our belief in the power of witnessing — that healing begins when women are seen, heard, and held in community.
