FlameLily Foundation Founders - Three women standing together

Expanding access to education, health, and opportunity.

Too many women and young people are navigating systems that were not designed with them in mind.

Girls miss school because of period poverty. Learners drop out due to unpaid fees. Women's health concerns go unheard and unsupported.

Flamelily Foundation works alongside communities to address these gaps — turning lived experience into practical solutions, research, and pathways that last.

This is steady, community-led work. And it grows through partnership.

How we work — four pillars, one vision.

FlameLily Futures

Learning that secures tomorrow.

Education often stops not because learners lack ability — but because support falls short. FUTURES works to keep learners in school and help them move forward through scholarships, mentorship, and career pathways.

FlameLily Cares

Care should never be a privilege.

When women's health is overlooked, the impact shows up everywhere in missed school days, untreated conditions, and limited access to care. CARES focuses on menstrual health, community-informed research, and accessible care tools shaped by women's lived experiences.

FlameLily Media

Stories that move people to act.

What is not seen is often not addressed. MEDIA focuses on making everyday realities visible, period, poverty, education gaps, and women's health experiences through storytelling that is grounded, accurate, and led by community voices.

FlameLily Partners

Collaborative Impact

Sustainable change happens when communities and partners work together. PARTNERS brings together grassroots organisations, funders, and collaborators to strengthen what already exists — in education, health, and local systems.

Community-led. Evidence-informed. Built to last.

We don't start with assumptions. We start by listening.

Lived experience is our evidence base:Every program, film, and research initiative is guided by the people it impacts.

Systems change, not just quick fixes:We focus on root causes like period poverty and education access, building models that local organizations can adapt and scale.

Power in partnership:We help route funding, technical support, and platforms directly to grassroots leaders who know what works.

Small gaps create long-term consequences.

When a girl misses a week of school every month because she lacks access to menstrual products, she falls behind.

When a student drops out because of unpaid fees, a cycle of poverty continues.

When healthcare is designed without community input, the most vulnerable people are left out.

These aren't isolated issues—they are connected patterns that affect millions of women and young people.

By addressing these specific, critical gaps, we help communities build stronger, more resilient systems from the ground up.
